AMENITY CARDS AND PUBLIC USE: IS THE RESORT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC?
There are certain events and areas like the Arts and Craft Shows, the Ski Sapphire Ski Area, Frozen Falls Tube Park, and Concert on the Slopes that are open to the public and may or may not have an admission or use fee.
Use of the other resort amenities (Fairfield Lake Boat Docks and Beach, Community Center, Recreation Center, and Activity Field) requires a current Sapphire Valley Master Association Amenity Card.

2024 Update:
Before having renters
, please email the community center at svcommunitycenter@gmail.com. Include your name (the homeowner), the names of your guests, your Amenity number, and the dates they will be staying. Inform your guests about the fees, which are $5.00 per day for each person aged 14 and older. Additionally, let them know to provide the LLC name, the homeowner's last name, or the Amenity number when they arrive.

Members of the Sapphire Valley Master Association pay an annual fee for amenity use. The Sapphire Valley Master Association manages these amenities for the owners.
